Terms of use

These terms cover your use of StateSheet, provided by REKKY Consulting LLC.

What StateSheet is

StateSheet is a preparation tool. It totals the sales data you import and the settings you enter. It isn't tax, legal or accounting advice, and we don't file returns or make payments for you. You're responsible for checking every figure, deciding where you must register and file, and filing and paying on time.

Accuracy

Results depend on your exports and settings. Exports can be incomplete, and refunds, exemptions, local taxes and state rules may need adjustments StateSheet doesn't make. We provide StateSheet "as is", and to the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for penalties, interest, taxes or other losses that come from using it.

Billing

Subscriptions cost $19/month after any free trial and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Billing, and access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Your account

Keep your password safe. Don't misuse the service or upload anything you don't have the right to use. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

We may update these terms and will post changes here. Last updated October 27, 2026.
