Start with the official source
Registration rules, rates, filing frequency, and due dates for Florida come from the Florida Department of Revenue. Check there first. Rules change, and your filing frequency is assigned when you register.
Pull your Florida numbers from Etsy
- In Shop Manager, open Settings → Options → Download Data and download your Orders CSV for the filing period.
- Filter the orders to buyers shipping to Florida.
- Note which sales Etsy collected and sent tax on as a marketplace facilitator. Ask the state or your tax professional how to report those on your return.
